In the non-performing loans sale conducted on July 27th, 2024, our company successfully secured the tender by submitting the highest bid for a SME/Commercial portfolio with a principal amount of 29.7 million TL put up for sale by Türkiye Finans Katılım Bankası A.Ş. 7 asset management companies joined the tender process. It is important to note that the finalization of the tender results is subject to approval of the Board of Directors of the bank that conducted the tender. Once approval is obtained, the subsequent phases, including contract execution and the transfer of the receivables associated with the sale process, will commence accordingly.
