It was announced that our company has successfully secured the tender for a retail portfolios with a total principal amount of 140.7 million TL out of 3 portfolios put up for sale in the non-performing loans sale conducted by Denizbank A.Ş. on October 30th, 2024.
The transfer and assignment procedures of the loans, subject to this tender, have been duly completed as of November 20th, 2024.
