In our Material Event Disclosure dated September 19th, 2025,

It was announced that our company has successfully secured the tender for 1 retail portfolios with a total principal amount of 58,5 million TL in the non-performing loans sale conducted by Fibabanka A.Ş. on September 19th, 2025.

The transfer and assignment procedures of the loans, subject to this tender, have been duly completed as of September 23th, 2025.
