In our Material Event Disclosure dated September 25th, 2025,

It was announced that our company has successfully secured the tender for 1 retail portfolios with a total principal amount of 55,6 million TL in the non-performing loans sale conducted by Fibabanka A.Ş. on September 24th, 2025.

The transfer and assignment procedures of the loans, subject to this tender, have been duly completed.
