It was announced that our company successfully secured the tender for 1 retail portfolio with a total principal amount of TL 500.5 million out of 3 portfolios put up for sale in the non-performing loans sale conducted by Türkiye Garanti Bankası A.Ş. on December 12th, 2025.

The transfer and assignment procedures of the loans subject to this tender have been duly completed.
