It was announced that our company has successfully secured the tender by submitting the highest bid for 1 SME-Corporate portfolios with a total principal amount of TL 232.2 million put up for sale by Fibabanka A.Ş. on January 16th, 2026.
The transfer and assignment procedures of the loans, subject to this tender, have been duly completed.
